Section 1 – Access and Account

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the right to allow any minors under your care to use the Services.

You may be asked to provide personal information, including email, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.

Section 2 – Our Products

We strive to accurately display our products, but due to differences in device screens and settings, product colors and appearance may vary.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed by Juice Now. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion and will attempt to notify you if this occurs.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy [LINK]. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered. Replacement will only be provided in cases of verified spoilage, damage, or incorrect items caused by our handling or delivery.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and promptly update account details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and will pay all applicable charges.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Juice Now is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

For perishable products, customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive delivery. Juice Now is not responsible for spoilage resulting from failed delivery attempts, delayed collection, or improper storage after delivery.

Title and risk pass to the customer once the product is handed over to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, images, text, videos, and graphics, is owned by Juice Now, its affiliates, or licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or transmit any content without our written consent. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

Third-party tools or features may be provided through the Services. We provide access “as is” without warranties and are not liable for their use. Use third-party tools at your own risk.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Juice Now is not responsible for content, accuracy, or issues arising from third-party sites. All interactions and transactions with third parties are at your own risk.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Juice Now is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Juice Now. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, delivery, or products purchased from Juice Now.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy [LINK]. By using the Services, you consent to how we and Shopify process your information.

Section 11 – Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant Juice Now a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for any purpose. You represent that you own the feedback and it does not infringe third-party rights.

Section 12 – Errors and Omissions

We may occasionally have errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating laws or regulations

  • Infringing intellectual property

  • Harassing or harming others

  • Transmitting malicious code

  • Spamming, phishing, or scraping
    Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. Sections such as Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Our products are freshly prepared and perishable. Customers must follow storage instructions and consume products promptly. Individual taste, preferences, and reactions may vary. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice Now is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or personal dietary outcomes. Customers must review ingredients and consider allergies or sensitivities before consumption.

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juice Now, Shopify, and affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violations of law, or use of the Services.

Section 18 – Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Section 19 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights. These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juice Now.

Section 20 – Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations. Juice Now may assign or delegate its rights at any time without consent.

Section 21 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 23 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
