This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with NOW RESOURCES (RA0125422-K) under the brand name Juice Now. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Delivery Coverage

Juice Now delivers to Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, and West Malaysia. Shipping to Sabah and Sarawak is currently unavailable due to cold chain limitations.

Order Processing

All juices are freshly blended upon order. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days for local orders, and ships in batches on Mondays and Thursdays for cross-state orders. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or peak campaign periods.

Local Delivery (KL & Klang Valley)

Fulfilled via third-party couriers (such as Lalamove) with same-day or next-day delivery options. Delivery windows run from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Delivery times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather, and courier availability.

Local shipping rates based on distance:

  • Below 5km: Free

  • 5km to 10km: RM10

  • Above 10km: RM15

Additional fees apply for urgent requests, special arrangements, or address updates after booking.

Cross-State Delivery (West Malaysia)

Shipped exclusively on Mondays and Thursdays via cold chain courier to maintain freshness. Transit takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, with remote areas requiring extra time. Delivery charges are a flat RM20 per order.

Cold Chain & Packaging

Products are freshly blended, immediately frozen, and packed with thermal insulation and ice packs. Minor thawing may occur during transit depending on weather and trip duration.

Storage Instructions

Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately if consuming the next day, or freeze for longer storage.

  • Frozen: Store up to 2 weeks

  • Refrigerated or Thawed: Consume within 3 days (72 hours)

  • Once Opened: Consume immediately or within 2 hours

Delivery Issues & Unattended Parcels

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is present to receive the parcel. Juice Now is not responsible for wrong addresses, unreachable recipients, unattended parcels after delivery, or external delays (weather, traffic, courier disruptions). Re-delivery incurs additional fees.

Damaged or Spoiled Orders

For damaged, leaking, or spoiled items, contact Juice Now within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photo/video proof of the damage and packaging. All claims require review before replacement or refund.
