Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with NOW RESOURCES (RA0125422-K) under the brand name Juice Now.

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Delivery Coverage

Juice Now currently delivers to:

  • Kuala Lumpur

  • Klang Valley

  • West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia)

Shipping to Sabah and Sarawak is currently unavailable due to cold chain delivery limitations.

Order Processing Time

All products are freshly blended upon order.

Orders are typically prepared and processed within:

  • 1 to 2 working days for local deliveries

  • According to scheduled shipping batches for cross-state orders

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak periods may require additional processing time.

Local Delivery (Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley)

Local deliveries are fulfilled using third party courier services such as Lalamove.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Same day or next day delivery, subject to slot availability

  • Estimated delivery windows:

    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier availability

  • Public holidays

Local Shipping Fees

Local delivery fees are based on the distance from the Juice Now shop location.

  • Below 5km: Free delivery

  • 5km to 10km: RM10 delivery fee

  • Above 10km: RM15 delivery fee

Additional charges may apply for urgent delivery requests, special delivery arrangements, or address changes after booking confirmation.

Cross-State Delivery (West Malaysia)

Cross-state orders are shipped every Monday using cold chain courier services.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 1 to 3 working days after shipment within West Malaysia

  • Remote areas may require additional transit time

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier operations and external factors beyond Juice Now’s control.

Cross-State Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia delivery charges start from RM20 onwards depending on location and parcel size

Final shipping charges will be confirmed before payment.

Free shipping promotions may be offered during selected campaigns or promotional periods and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cold Chain & Packaging

All products are:

  • Freshly blended upon order

  • Frozen immediately after preparation

  • Packed with insulation and ice packs where applicable

Juice Now takes reasonable precautions to maintain product freshness throughout transit. However, slight thawing during delivery may occur depending on weather conditions and transit duration.

Storage Instructions Upon Delivery

Upon receiving the parcel:

  • Refrigerate if consuming within the next day

  • Freeze immediately if consuming later

Recommended storage duration:

  • Frozen: Up to 2 weeks

  • Refrigerated or thawed: Consume within 3 days (72 hours)

Once opened, products should be consumed immediately or within 2 hours.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Juice Now shall not be held responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Unreachable recipients during delivery attempts

  • Parcels left unattended after successful delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests or changes to delivery details after order confirmation.

Damaged, Leaking, or Spoiled Orders

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled upon arrival, customers must contact Juice Now within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Claims must include:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Packaging condition upon arrival

All claims are subject to review before any replacement, refund, or resolution is approved.

Delivery Acceptance

By accepting delivery of the order, customers acknowledge that the products were received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise reported within the stated claim period.
